Join us for a transformative journey into the heart of one of nature's most powerful forces—water. At our "Water Element Experience," we dedicate this special time of the year to exploring the profound teachings and healing powers of water. This unique experience invites you to immerse yourself in the elemental wisdom of water, uncovering its vital role in both our physical well-being and spiritual growth.

why water?

Water is the essence of life, comprising over 60% of the human body and playing a crucial role in nearly every bodily function. From hydration, which is essential for maintaining energy levels, to its role in cellular rejuvenation, water is fundamental to our health. Proper hydration supports everything from cognitive function and digestion to skin health and detoxification. But water's benefits go beyond the physical—it is also a symbol of emotional flow, adaptability, and purification.

WATER THERAPIES

WATER THERAPIES

AGUA MAGICA

Every Monday & Thursday of September

Held in the water, this movement therapy is a deep transformational journey, unlocking long held blocks and a return to flow-state, leading to an enhanced sense of relaxation as the neo-cortex switches off.

These sessions are recommended for restoring inner balance, especially from stress and insomnia, as well as healing mother-wounds, trauma and any fear of the water. Many describe the feeling of returning home, a deep state of relaxation and the release of physical and emotional blockages.

Immerse yourself in our signature group class, Agua Mágica, where you'll discover a unique approach to connecting with the wisdom and healing essence of water. Feel the sensation of being gently held, inducing a state where the neocortex gently disengages, allowing the release of attachments, expectations, emotional blockages, and the conventional sense of time and space.

TRADITIONAL HERBAL & FLOWER BATH WITH WARM WATER BLESSINGS

Sunday, September 8th & 29th

At the core of ancient traditions lies a simple yet powerful practice: using the natural elements of the earth to heal and restore. This herbal and flower bath ceremony combines warm water with medicinal herbs, volcanic stones, and rose petals to create a rejuvenating experience. Designed to help cleanse your body, mind, and spirit, the ritual invites you to step into the water and connect with the energies of nature.

The herbs release their healing properties, while volcanic stones ground and strengthen you. Rose petals add a touch of compassion and love to the experience. The elements work together to create a sense of balance and renewal, helping you let go of past traumas and embrace a state of inner harmony. This ceremony is a soothing way to reconnect with yourself, find peace, and move forward with a renewed sense of well-being.

Every Saturday of September

Experience the dynamic effects of cold exposure on your central nervous system, influencing various aspects from circulation to sleep patterns. Athletes frequently employ ice baths for physical recovery, altering fluid dynamics and reducing inflammation. This session integrates breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset

techniques, providing a holistic approach for addressing depression and anxiety, or simply gaining better control over your well-being. While some benefits may not be immediately visible, you'll likely feel a heightened sense of energy and alignment with your inner strength.

maria ronchi

Maria Ronchi began her career in Buenos Aires as an editorial producer and fashion stylist. Eleven years ago, she felt called to make a profound change and moved to Tulum, where she discovered traditional Mexican medicine and connected deeply with Temazcal ceremonies. Over time, she became a guide, sharing these healing practices with others.

Her spiritual journey deepened as she became a Sun Dancer and trained in life-and-death doula work after the passing of her daughter, Koa. Through her grief, Maria learned the power of unconditional love and the cycles of life. Her Temazcal sessions now offer others a space to heal, let go of fear, and reconnect with their true selves, much like returning to the nurturing embrace of Mother Earth.
